A 2km swim race when leaving the office or simply at the end of the day and to end the week well.
The performance includes, the race, a pasta dish and a musical animation with a DJ or a group.
2K TEAM (with or without fins): 35€
A mixed or not 2K race, in teams of 2 or 3 swimmers.
The ranking is made after the addition of the times of all the swimmers of the team.

These sports rules apply to all participants in the event. They form an integral part of the General Conditions of Sale referred to above.
In case of conflict with the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the provisions of the Rules shall prevail.
Registration for the event takes place exclusively on the registration platform of the Monte-Cristo Challenge, from January 19, 2022 at 12 pm.
Anyone wishing to participate in the event agrees to pre-register by creating a profile on the Monte Cristo Challenge registration platform. The participant undertakes to provide only genuine information relating to his identity. Each participant must create their profile associated with a unique email address and choose the races they wish to participate in. You cannot register a third party to a race by being on your profile.
Any registration is personal, firm and final and cannot be refunded for any reason whatsoever.
No transfer of hat is authorized for any reason whatsoever.
Any person handing over his hat to a third person will be deemed responsible in the event of an accident occurred or caused by the latter during the event.
The organizer declines all responsibility in case of accident facing this type of situation.
Payment by credit card is mandatory when you register online. No registration by phone or mail will be taken into account. You will receive a confirmation of your registration by e-mail. If you have any questions or complaints regarding registration, please contact us by email at defimc@id2mark.com

In case you do not have any of these licenses at the time of registration you will have the opportunity to purchase a promotional FFN free water license at the Monte-Cristo Challenge Club at the price of €6 (non-refundable).
To validate this licence, a medical certificate dated less than 1 year ago on the day of the race, specifying the "no contraindication to swimming at sea in competition".
For each participant, the licence or medical certificate must be downloaded and posted by the participant on the registration platform.
The swim cap will be removed, on presentation of the following parts:
The swim cap are removed exclusively in the dedicated area of the village of the event, the exact timetables and place will be communicated later.
Competitors participating in the Coupe de France de natation must follow the rules of the ffn.
Competitors who take part in races with fins can compete with equipment whose characteristics are free: all types of fins, snorkels, suits, glasses or mask are allowed. Are prohibited swimming pads, pull-buoy, swimming board and headphones.
Competitors who take part in races without fins can compete with equipment whose characteristics are free: all types of snorkels, combinations, glasses or masks are allowed. Fins, swimming pads, pull-buoy, swimming board and earphones are prohibited.
All swimmers must respect the starting point of the races. The chateau d'If (starting point for 5k & 6k races) and îld Degaby (starting point for 3.5k race) must be respected and treated properly. It is strictly forbidden to throw away your waste, to urinate on the island, ect…
Departure is subject to the authorization of the autonomous port of Marseille. Port traffic remains a priority. As a result, the organisation reserves the right to request at any time that lagging swimmers still located in the port traffic zone to board the boat for safety reasons.
The maximum time allowed to complete the 6 K course is 2h45.
The maximum time allowed to complete the 5k course is 2h30.
The maximum time allowed to complete the 3.5k course is 1h45.
The maximum time allowed to complete the 2.5k course is 1h20.
The maximum time allowed to complete the 2k course is 1h.
The maximum time allowed to complete the 1k course is 45min.
Race management reserves the right to remove participants from the water if they swim too slowly and endanger the safety of the race. (The swimming time relative to the start time allows the race direction to assess the time remaining for swimmers based on their geolocation).
It will be possible to leave your bag free at the deposit of the village.

Changing rooms are also at your disposal on the village.
No action may be taken in the event of theft of personal effects, burglaries or theft of a vehicle.
Liability: In accordance with applicable legislation, the Organizer has taken out insurance to cover the financial consequences of its professional liability.
Individual accident: It is recommended that participants who are not licensed take out an individual accident insurance policy.
Individual cancellation insurance: This optional insurance is the sole responsibility of the participant. No indemnity of any kind whatsoever may be borne by the Organizer in the event of cancellation by the participant, for any reason whatsoever, or in the event of not being present on the day of the race to which he is registered.
If circumstances so require, the Organizer reserves the right to change at any time the route, the position of the refueling and chronometric points, to postpone the date and/or times of the Event, to stop the current Event, cancel it or set up a fallback route.
Any modification of the race route imposed by safety conditions may be implemented by decision of the organisers. They cannot be held responsible for this change, and no refund may be required in the event of a change to the route for safety reasons.
In case of cancellation of an event for climatic conditions, our organisation will offer registered swimmers two solutions: a refund of the registration (with retention of 10€ of application fee & excluding bank fees), or a postponement for the next edition of the Monte Cristo Challenge (under the same conditions as the original entry, identity of the swimmer/race chosen). If the swimmer chooses a postponement, their spot will be automatically blocked for the next edition, but will not be able to be cancelled afterwards, so no refund will be possible.
Should the Event be cancelled or postponed for any reason beyond the control of the Organizer presenting the characteristics of force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the Civil Code and by French jurisprudence (decision of the competent administrative authority, bad weather, pandemic or epidemic health reason, security or public policy reason, ...),, the participant may benefit from a postponement of his registration for a similar event of the Organizer at his request without any additional costs, the reimbursement of the registration (price of the cap minus the application fee) which can only occur in the above-mentioned case of annulment for climatic reasons, to the exclusion of any other cause of annulment.
