HOW TO SUBSCRIBE A FFN LICENSE TO THE DÉFI DE MONTE-CRISTO CLUB ?
You can subscribe to (or renew) a promotional FFN open water license at the Club du Défi de Monte-Cristo (non-refundable).
To do so, you must first go to the registration platform and add the license to your cart.
Next, to validate this license, you will need to complete the License Form & Health Questionnaire (Adult or Minor version).
Finally, you must submit this form, duly completed and signed, in your profile, under the My Documents section, as soon as possible and no later than May 1, 2026.
Regarding the health questionnaire attached to this form:
- If you answer “no” to all questions, no medical certificate will be required.
- If you answer “yes” to any of the questions, you will be required to provide a medical certificate dated less than 6 months prior to the date of your license application, in addition to the FFN License Form & Health Questionnaire. Only standard medical certificates specifying that there are no contraindications to the practice open water swimming in competition will be accepted. The medical certificate, dated, stamped and signed by your doctor, must be uploaded to your profile, under the “My Documents” section, as soon as possible and no later than May 1, 2026.
LICENSES ACCEPTED ACCORDING TO YOUR CHOICE OF RACES
To validate your participation, it is MANDATORY AND ESSENTIAL to download BEFORE THE 01/05/2026 on your profile a license (depending on your situation: swimmer WITH or WITHOUT fins).
